It’s my 2nd week with ELORDE ORTIGAS (my Muay Thai trainers are: coaches Christian Ende, Bogart Fererras, and Ritchien Rosales).
These days, I’m practicing more leg checks, inside leg kicks, scoops, and elbow strikes. Little by little, my kicks are getting decent and my shins are starting to harden up. I am happy I’m getting good results!
Have you tried or are you interested in mixed martial arts? Do you want to try Muay Thai?
You can watch my full training videos at ELORDE ORTIGAS below. The latest ones:

If you’re looking for a place to train or learn about this combat sport, I highly recommend Elorde Ortigas Boxing Gym. They got quality trainers which is I think one of the most important factors when choosing the right Muay Thai gym.
In addition, the environment is professional and healthy—no need to worry if you’re female or a beginner in the sport... the staff (and especially the owner) totally care about your fitness goals or (in the case of Muay Thai students like me) Muay Thai growth.
Visit the gym at The Upperdeck Ortigas. It's located on the 6th floor of the Technopoint Building.
Open daily from 7AM to 9PM.
(Per Session Muay Thai Rates: Php350 for Members / Php700 for Non-Members; ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP: Php2000)
Do you workout regularly? Do you like going to the gym? Have you been to any ELORDE boxing gym branch? Let me hear your thoughts in the comments section below.

ReplyDeleteThere are four generally accepted boxing styles that are used to define fighters. These are the swarmer, out-boxer, slugger, and boxer-puncher. Many boxers do not always fit into these categories, and it's not uncommon for a fighter to change their style over a period of time. Krav maga online
