Here is how you can develop your flexibility. Cardio for at least 45 minutes and then stretch. Do a deep stretch. First, stretch your neck. And then all the way down to your toes. Bend. Bend forward. Sideways.

Do this three times a day. This is very important especially when you are training for Muay Thai. Hey this is another test post so don't judge the contents yet. Not yet.
