I tired yoga and I feel that it is the exercise for me. I feel my mind is calmer. Well, this is a test post. So I am telling you you have to try yoga at least once in your life. Just feel the difference of a meditating life. Being aware of your breathing. What can it do to your body?
This is a good way to clear the mind. The best way to do yoga is in the morning. If you have a room and a silent space, be there and meditate for at least 20 minutes. This will do wonders in your body.
